IN ORDER FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH AND PREFERRED SESSION IN YOUR EMAIL. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN INVITATION BUT YOU DO NEED TO BE ELIGIBLE - AGE 75+ (DOB BEFORE 17/6/50) OR IMMUNOSUPPRESSED ADULTS.

Age 75+ (date of birth before 17/6/1950)
Immunosuppressed adults
Covid vaccinations have so far been offered annually, with small groups of patients offered an interim vaccine. Covid vaccinations are offered because of your age or because of pre-existing conditions which put you in an 'at risk' category.
The Wimborne & Ferndown PCN usually run covid clinics during covid vaccination programmes.
A programme of vaccinations is offered to protect your child.
Some vaccinations are offered by your practice and some are offered at school.
Your surgery offers vaccinations when you are pregnant, to protect you and your unborn baby.
A variety of adult vaccinations are available at your practice. Some vaccinations are offered because of your age and some are offered because of pre-existing conditions which put you in an 'at risk' category.
If you think you have missed a vaccination for MenACWY, MMR or HPV, speak to your practice or school nurse about their catch-up programme.
